Godfather's Pizza, Inc. is committed to safeguarding your
privacy on our Web site. This Godfather's Pizza Privacy Policy does not apply
to products or services provided, or information obtained, other than through
the Web site. Please read the following

WHAT INFORMATION DOES GODFATHER'S PIZZA COLLECT FROM ME?
Godfather's Pizza collects information in several ways. For example, some personal information is
gathered when you register as a customer using our E-mail Club interface. We may ask for your name, address, phone number
and email address. Once you
submitted this information, you are no longer anonymous to Godfather's Pizza.
In addition to our E-mail Club and franchise information request, we may ask
you for information at other times, such as when you report a problem with our
site or services, or contact the company via the corporate e-mail address. If you contact Godfather's Pizza, we may
keep a record of that correspondence.

GATHERING INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY
We collect other information about you and your use of our
services through the use of various technologies to help manage our Web sites,
to save our customers time, and to understand more about the way our customers
interact with us. These technologies

Because the operation of these technologies is not visible to users, we
believe in being open and upfront about the way we use these technologies and
their purposes.

Clear GIFS. We also employ a
software technology called a clear GIF (Graphics Interchange Format), also
known as a pixel tag or Web beacon. A
clear GIF is a line of code that we place on our Websites or in e-mails which
allows us to analyze our advertising and the general usage patterns of visitors
to our Web sites. These help us better manage content on our site by informing
us what content or promotions are effective.
Unless you consent, we do not collect personally identifiable
information from you through the use of clear GIFS.
Log Files. Like most standard
Web site servers, Godfather's Pizza uses log files. Log files track Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type,
Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time
stamp, and number of clicks. We utilize
this information to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track
Web site navigation in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information
for aggregate use.

HOW DOES GODFATHER'S PIZZA USE THE INFORMATION?
Godfather's Pizza's primary goal in collecting information
is to improve the site and provide you with the best possible experience on the
site. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, only Godfather's Pizza and its
service providers will have access to individuals' information. We also may do
research on our users' behavior based on the information provided to us upon
registration, gathered from transaction activity, from our server log files or
from surveys. This research may be compiled, analyzed or sold on an aggregated
basis, which does not include information identifying individual users. Godfather's Pizza also may share this data

When you are on the Godfather's Pizza site and are asked for
personal information, you are sharing that information with Godfather's Pizza
and its affiliates and service providers.

Data in the Aggregate: We may disclose "blinded" aggregated data and

lawful purposes. Blinded data is data
which does not identify an individual person.

identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating
Godfather's Pizza's Terms of Use, or may otherwise be causing injury to or
interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Godfather's Pizza's
rights or property, other Godfather's Pizza Web site users or customers, or
anyone else that may be harmed by such activities. We may disclose or access
account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and
for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain,

As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell businesses or

personal information, Godfather's Pizza cannot ensure or warrant the security
of any information you transmit to us or from our services, and you do so at
your own risk. Once we receive your transmission,
we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Our web site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of
receiving communications from us at the point where we request information
about you. Where indicated just click on "I choose not to receive future
communications" when completing a survey or other form. Please allow a reasonable period of time
for your changes to take effect.
To ensure that you will not receive recurring marketing information from us
unless you choose to, we will provide you with simple instructions on each
marketing email from Godfather's Pizza for you to let us know that you have
